August 2013

To all friends and supporters

Next Friday (23rd) is the Fashion Sale for men and women at 7p.m. in Greenview Evangelical Church 1439 Pollokshaws Rd Glasgow G41.

There are quite a number of good men's and young men's items for sale, so it would be great to see you there.

We are aware however, that the words 'fashion' and 'men' do not readily come together in many men's minds, so if that's you, why not support the project from the comfort of your own favourite chair?

This year's CMT project is supporting the Syrian refugee crisis through the work of Open Doors, who are providing some of the 1.85 million refugee families with food, blankets, cooking utensils and a Bible. The project is also helping us to publish a book for men in partnership with Dr Stephen McQuoid. The book should be available in the Autumn. In this way we are supporting work of both a practical and spiritual nature.

A special 'JustGiving' page has been opened where there are more details of the project. The needs are immense so please consider being generous.

All money donated will go direct to the project and no administration charges will be levied.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday (or receiving your donation).

Many thanks
